I am always worried about going to a new specialist, I have found on various occasions over the years that some don't listen, some patronise, and some treat you like you are stupid and talk to you in baby language; Shrawan is none of these, he listened to me, talked at the right level, treated me as an equal and also consulted me on what I wanted in terms of my medication not just decided for me. I liked him a lot and have no worries about seeing him again. He made me feel comfortable, I used his first name which is very important to me and did all the tests I wanted from him. Having a background in Microbiology and Physiology I left very happy and impressed.

My appointment was on time. I found Dr Agrawal to be very through. He asked lots of background questions and listened to my answers. He took his time to understand all my symptoms and gave me a though examination. He gave me every opportunity to ask questions and to explain what I am suffering from. I would be very happy to recommend his care to anyone and hope very much that I stay under his care.

Dr Shrawan is very patient and listens well. He answered all of my questions and I felt confident in his care.

I found my experience today excellent I was on time with my appointment went through weighing blood pressure before seeing Dr Agrawal after his examination he explained everything to me sent me for X-rays and assured me they would keep monitering
me and hopefully get me more mobile. I have always had excellent service since attending these clinics.

Dr Agrawal listens well, and gives treatment or refers accordingly. My only complaint is the waiting time but I also understand why this is so.
